Shahvand Aryana is an entrepreneur, investor, and executive whose work spans real estate development, alternative investments, family office management, and hospitality.
His studies in architecture, design, horticultural science, law, and urban planning engineering inform a career that moves between the practical and the imaginative.
That range began early. While still in high school, he developed a gift business. He went on to lead operations at Golden State Poppy Flowers and build a product distribution network through Gift Concepts.
Real estate became another expression of that entrepreneurial instinct. His experience grew from property rehabilitation and corporate finance to development, capital formation, and the leadership of American Colonial Capital.
Today, his work brings together investment judgment, operating experience, and a broad view of the built environment.
